Has Your Voter Info been Changed by Hackers?

[Update for November: HA HA HA HA HA]

Is this presidential primary invalid? The voting fiasco in Arizona was orchestrated in part by the official responsible for Phoenix, Helen Purcell, who reduced the number of voting locations. But she is a tiny pustule in an infection that is virulent nationwide.

[Updated for New York here on April 19]

Voters from New York to California are reporting that their registration has been altered or discarded. The same crime happened in Arizona, where members of both parties complained. It happened in 2008 as well. Apparently the fraud is not just done electronically.

The voter-registration data breach is massive.

Elections in earlier voting states are now in question. The margin between candidates was razor-thin in the case of Clinton and Bernie Sanders. Yet the extent of the fraud and data hacking is only now being revealed:

Suspicious issues in Illinois surfaced, most recently incriminating Clinton campaigners. The situation was dicey in Nevada but ongoing irregularities are being aced. Registration problems in Wisconsin were blamed on "a glitch." Voters in New York are scrambling to ensure their rights. (NY had bizarre discrepancies in the 2008 Primary.) Anecdotes emerge from Colorado to Maryland. Some Californians find they're registered with a false birth year.

Smokescreens can obscure the real targets if, say, a few Libertarians are disenfranchised along with groundswell supporters of a Democratic "insurgent." This cyberwarfare on our democracy has wiggle room. Our next President may seem to win by just a few votes.

California voters are on high alert and keep checking their registration. What else can we do?

We may petition officials who are complicit in corruption:

United States Supreme Court's conservative majority gutted the Voting Rights Act in 2013. Before that, changes in voting practices (such as Phoenix’s drastic cut in the number of polling places) would have needed to be cleared in advance with the Justice Department.

But conservatives and hackers aren't the only ones to blame for this attack on citizens' right to be involved in our own government. The mainstream media called Arizona in favor of Hillary Clinton when reportedly only 1% or at most 21% of the votes had been counted. Many disenfranchised citizens had stood for over four hours on March 22, 2016, trying to fulfill their most basic role in Democracy. Why was the Arizona vote called for Hillary Clinton when over seventy percent (possibly 99%) of the ballots had not been counted? Who ignored the people still standing outside waiting to log their choice for president? Former Secretary Clinton apparently didn't see a problem.
[Democrat insiders belatedly bring a lawsuit 4/14/16]

Incredibly, this election fraud and data breach are barely being reported in news media.

Arizonans can report irregularities here. New Yorkers, read this if you have problems voting.

For help you can contact Bernie Sanders' campaign at 515-450-6960 or email votetracker@berniesanders.com (subject: PROBLEM).

If your voter info is hacked, document as much as possible.
Here are Election Fraud Hotlines.
1) Contact your COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS.
2) If, for any reason, they claim you need to wait a day, CALL YOUR STATE BOARD OF ELECTIONS and report to the DIRECTOR OF ELECTIONS OPERATIONS.

Then report the crime to the FBI; ACLU; Election Justice USA at countmyvote@riseup.net; Documenting Democratic Primary Election Fraud DDEFConfidential@gmail.com; Facebook pages like Clinton Fraud; and #SwitchedRegistration #ElectionFraud on Twitter, ex. TYT's reporter @JordanChariton.

 And there are these routes:

U. S. Dept. of Justice is investigating voter suppression.

Independent Election Investigators are also gathering legal evidence. A lawsuit could force a re-vote enabling a beloved candidate to garner more delegates if not win outright. "150 thousand voters in Maricopa County were disenfranchised." The Oval Office may hang on that thread.

Tampered voter info invalidates this Primary.

  1. And I know how easy it is to mess with open electronic files that are being actively manipulated for data entry. So easy, it's criminal.
    Worth reading this again;http://www.alternet.org/election-2016/why-democratic-party-blocking-bernies-access-voter-data

"The fight’s spark occurred Wednesday, when a handful of Sanders staffers viewed Clinton campaign voter files because the DNC's voter database vendor had taken down a firewall. The Sanders campaign reported a similar security breach in October and was told it would be fixed, Weaver said, adding that Sanders' data had been given to other candidates at that time.

These are the party's files of every registered Democrat and each campaign's notes about them; from what they say in phone bank conversations, to candidate preferences and get-out-the-vote needs."

  2. I just checked my husbands voting info and he has been kicked out off the democratic ticket. He renewed his license this year and double checked he was a registered democrat so he could vote for Bernie and we also both voted in the state elections last November and he was a registered democrat. Does anyone know who we contact about this? We are in Philadelphia PA and when I checked online it said it was too late to switch parties.

    1. You need to contact your State Attorney General, the FBI ( there is currently an investigation into this!), the ACLU ( which has already filed one lawsuit because of this, but will file as many as necessary, we just have to get them enough instances to prove disenfranchisement for each State!), and also notify Bernie's Campaign. You can also shoot an email to Huffington Post, they have two reporters working on this!

    2. SABRINA - THE FIRST THING YOU DO IS CALL YOUR COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS. That is how you get help. If you are told you must wait, for whatever reason, to get help CALL YOUR STATE BOARD OF ELECTIONS AND ASK FOR THE DIRECTOR OF ELECTIONS OPERATIONS. After you have it sorted out, THEN report it for investigation. Not before. Don't waste time.

    3. Before reporting anything for investigation, it is imperative that people understand what the steps are to get their registration sorted out. 1) Call your COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS. That is always the first in line, and where everyone will tell you to go if you go somewhere else, first. 2) If, for any reason, you are told you need to wait a day because the right authorities are in meetings, or whatever - CALL YOUR STATE BOARD OF ELECTIONS AND ASK FOR THE DIRECTOR OF ELECTIONS OPERATIONS. If people run to the effing FBI they will be told this same procedure, and lose time in the process, that could be put toward reinstating their status. Please let people know this, V.C.Bestor

    4. Thanks! I added that info above. After the 2000 Bush/Gore election I wonder if just going through "proper channels" will be effective enough to save the election from being stolen. [Please note my restraint in omitting By Whom.]

  4. Also report to the ACLU in your state.

  5. Please EVERYBODY who has had an issue with their voter registration OR voting we NEED YOU to send your story with as much proof as you can to the FBI ( there are currently two agents working on it, more will be assigned as needed), the ACLU ( already one lawsuit filed, and undoubtedly more to follow!), and Bernie's Campaign! Also send it to Huffington Post, there are two reporters working on just our story, and please post it to the FB group Videos of Election Fraud. The information on exactly which FBI agents, and the Huffpost reporters emails are posted on the group page somewhere, you may have to scroll down some to find them. Or you can look on my fb page, it is set to public for just that reason ( you WILL have to scroll down some to find the info on my page, lol! It's aaalllll Bernie!!)

    1. First call your COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS - that is where you have the most immediate recourse. If they say you must wait a day for whatever reason, CALL THE DIRECTOR OF ELECTIONS OPERATIONS at your STATE BOARD OF ELECTIONS. AFTER you do everything you can to correct it, THEN report it. To reverse these wastes time you could have used to reclaim your vote. Report it after you contact your Board.

  7. This is part of the confusion. Everyone is telling all these people to contact all different places & fill out all different forms, etc. I have heard people say contact Sanders campaign & they provide the email above. I emailed with a voting issue & was steered somewhere else. I read to contact the FEC. Then read the FEC is as pointless as our do nothing congress because it is split down the middle, 1/2 Dem's & 1/2 Repubs, so nothing gets done. Then I saw report it to the ACLU. I checked their website yesterday because they post all there current cases. There are no cases listed involving a breach in voter info or unapproved changes in voter registration party affiliation. At least not yet & it's been a bit since Arizona. Then I read report it to your local board of elections. Well, we can see how well that turned out in Arizona but I guess they should at least try. I have seen a couplenof people say they were told there was nothing they could dop once the date for registration changes passed. Then I saw to report it to the FBI but would want concrete info 1st after hearing so many different things. They let the Al Gore/George W, Bush florida voter fraud stand & they gave Bush the rigged election, even though Gore had way more of the popular vote. We are in a very tough spot.

  8. If you're relying on the Dem Nat'l Committee (DNC) to fix this (pun intended) this is apparently who's in charge: https://www.facebook.com/HowHillaryClintonStoleTheNomination/photos/a.835435423268307.1073741828.835433099935206/858663027612213/?type=3&theater
