The cartoon in question appears in liberal rags like Daily Kos and the Nation (former favorites of mine that turned on Bernie-Sanders donors like me and sold out to the Clinton cabal last year) as well as the free "local" newspapers you'll find piled at every commercial supplier of organic crunchy granola.
